Expired Confined Space Awareness Training

UTCA has scheduled a Tuesday morning Webinar for January 19, 2021 for your field personnel regarding OSHA’s Subpart “AA” Confined Space in Construction.

Topics covered:

• Identify the characteristics of confined spaces and characteristics of permit required confined spaces (PRCS)
• Identify the most common hazards & how to avoid them
• Explain ways they can protect themselves from injuries while working in tight quarters
• Discuss what to do if they find themselves in a potentially dangerous situation

 OSHA has been strictly enforcing these confined space safety requirements and noncompliance can result in large financial penalties for employers who do not properly implement these regulations. The registration fee for the seminar is $50.00 per person. Those who complete the seminar will receive a wallet size certificate of attendance for their use. For those who may have completed this seminar, it is recommended that the training be repeated every three to four years.
