 The UTCA Safety Committee is pleased to announce Battalion Commander, John LaBarbera, as the Keynote Presenter for our  Annual Safety Conference.

John LaBarbera, a U.S. Marine, and 39 year New York City Fire Fighter and executive board member of the Steven Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

On 9/11/01 John started his morning at the gym like any other day, and as the story broke on the news, he instinctively knew the country was under attack. John like all other firefighters immediately stopped what he was doing and responded to the emergency. 

Come listen to John’s story of 9/11 and the weeks following. Hear about the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, how it was founded and all the good it does after the tragic day of 9/11/2001.
